If you are the employee- angalia sana Boss wako anaamini katika nini mostly in a course of time mtajikuta all your actions are directed to what he/she bilieves, kwa Employees mnaojifanya mna maono yenu ambayo hayafanani na mtazamo wa Boss kila siku utaishia kuwa frustrated- and you will not grow not because you are not potential-there is the potential blocker that you cant by-pass.
Inakuwaje kama maono uliyonayo yangepata sehemu nzuri ambapo yangepata nafasi ya kukua-ungekuwa so happy na kwa muda mfupi ungekuwa so far.

Sio tu kwa Potential people- na kwa wale ambao ndo kwanza unatafuta mentor akusaidie upate msimamo- Unakutana na Boss ambae Mtazamo wake wa kioungozi-ukiudaka na kutembea nao unaua potential zako zote- unabaki mtu wa ndio boss na kuambiwa cha kufanya kila siku, sio kwamba huoni, ila ni kwa sababu upande aliokupeleka huwezi kuona lolote-nikuhakikishie hapo utakuwa unasubiri demotion siku moja.

tutumie talents zao kuwaweka kwenye nafasi na kazi zitakazowasaidia kukua at the same time kuleta manifaa makubwa kwenye Bussiness.
